The Kern County District Attorney’s office have extended a plea deal to Tehachapi woman Wendy Howard, that states they will give Howard a year of probation in return for a pleading no contest in the upcoming voluntary manslaughter charges for the death of ex-boyfriend Kelly Pitts.
