Wendy Howard Camp Releases Statement Addressing Kern DA’s Plea Deal

The Kern County District Attorney’s office have extended a plea deal to Tehachapi woman Wendy Howard, that states they will give Howard a year of probation in return for a pleading no contest in the upcoming voluntary manslaughter charges for the death of ex-boyfriend Kelly Pitts. Ralph gives his thoughts on Howards situation as well as shares a statement given to the broadcast by Howards camp expressing their displeasure & disappointment in the agreement.
