Ralph Asks Louis Gill Why Local Sexual Predator Got No Jail Time

Louis Gill once again appeared on “TRBS”. On Wednesday Gill wore one of his many hats as the executive director of The Alliance Against Family Violence and Sexual Assault and discussed the community service given to former CSUB Professor Theodore Ishida. Ishida, 64, caught with more than 800 inappropriate images of child porn, including more than 700 images of prepubescent children, received 1,000 hours of community service and no jail time and no work release, as well. Gill is also the head of the Homeless Shelter.
