Former State Senator Dean Florez talked to “TRBS” from his Los Angeles office Tuesday and told Ralph the “Latino Coalition”, formed at a secret meeting at a local restaurant, will remain unified in their effort to elect a Latina supervisor. The group, which includes among others Attorneys HA Sala, David Torres and Daniel Rodriguez, selected Delano Mayor Grace Vallejo to challenge Supervisor David Couch for the newly formed Fourth District seat.
