Local Anti Pot Advocate Insists Perez’s Pro Weed Vote Was Bought

David Brust, an Oleander resident who has led the charge against local marijuana dispensaries, insists Supervisor Leticia Perez has a conflict of interest regarding her pro marijuana vote.  Brust says Perez should have recused herself due to the lobbying work being done by her husband, Fernando Jara, in favor of marijuana shops.
