TV Reporter Explains Expose on Perez and Husband Jara

KGET-TV 17 Reporter Danny Freeman spoke to our host Thursday, walking the public through an eye-popping story on whether or not Supervisor Leticia Perez has a conflict of interest when it comes to her actions in favor of recreational marijuana use. In the piece, fronted by Lead Anchor Jim Scott, local witnesses told Scott that Perez’s husband, Fernando Jara, lobbied locally in favor of marijuana dispensaries.
