“TRBS” Breaks News of Death Threat Allegations Posed by Fernando Jara

A local attorney, ensnared in the fight over marijuana dispensaries and who will reap the benefits once the matter is settled, has accused the husband of Supervisor Leticia Perez of threatening his life. Abraham Labbad, in a letter obtained by “TRBS”, claims Fernando Jara told associates Labbad should be “…filled with lead.” He alleges Jara told another group of men, someone should end Labbad’s life with a “50 Caliber Sniper GUN[sic].” This letter has been handed over to the Kern County Board of Supervisors
