Bakersfield men arrested on weapons, drug charges

Two Bakersfield men were arrested July 16 at Union Avenue motel room after police said a loaded gun and drugs were found.

Bakersfield Police said at 10 p.m. they served a search warrant in the 200 block of Union Avenue and found a loaded .45-calber handgun and methamphetamine. Police said they arrested Travis Holder, 37, and Michael Heath, 43, for firearms and narcotics related charges.
