Disney provides a tease to Star Wars Land, sets web on fire

Disney’s annual D23 Expo is the ultimate for die-hard fans of the entertainment company, and fans weren’t disappointed Friday when they got a sneak peek of the new Stars Wars Land currently under construction at Disneyland.

The Star Wars-themed attraction is expected to open in 2019, but Friday offered the first major look at what it will look like during its Expo at the Anaheim Convention Center. Utilizing a model, Disney’s “imagineers” showed visitors what the park will look like, and enthusiastic fans quickly shared photos and video of the model. Here’s a sample:
