Coroner identifies Los Angeles man as victim of Mojave shooting

The Kern County Coroner’s Office has identified as 45-year-old Los Angeles man as the victim of shooting in a Mojave intersection on June 25.

Officials said Jesse Lee Wisner was found dead at 7:24 a.m. at the intersection of L Street and Shasta Street in Mojave. Wisner had suffered from a gunshot wound, but sheriff’s deputies are still investigating the incident.
