Bakersfield police search for suspect in College Heights Elementary burglary

The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect wanted for burglary. Police said on May 22, 2017, at 5:13 a.m., the suspect forced entry into a classroom at College Heights Elementary School, located at 2551 Sunny Lane, and removed multiple items.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 18-20 years of age, 5-foot-8, 150-160 pounds, short brown hair, wearing a
dark brown t-shirt, black jeans, white shoes, carrying a black backpack.
