Bakersfield Museum of Art Curator Rachel Magnus chopped it up with Ralph Friday, extolling the fun and creativity of Via Arte. The annual Art display, conducted in the parking lot of the Market Place, begins Saturday at 10 a.m. and runs Sunday, as well.
