Midge Boydstun-Jimerson, president of the Bakersfield Association of Realtors, addresses the soft housing market in Bakersfield and where it might go in the future. Boydstun-Jimerson was joined by Kim Schaefer, government affairs director for the Realtors, who outlined the organization’s plan to recruit people to run for the Ward 1 City Council seat being vacated by Willie Rivera.
