Assemblyman Vince Fong (R-Bakersfield) is adding a little competitive spirit to the Fourth of July holiday by offering a patriotic-themed photo contest.
The rules are pretty simple with participants uploading photos to Instagram, tagging the photo #redwhiteandfong and hoping for the best. The winner gets lunch with Fong.
