Bakersfield Police seek public’s help in ID of auto theft suspect

The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect wanted for auto theft.

At 11:23 p.m. on April 13, the suspect in the attached photograph was seen operating a stolen vehicle shortly after the vehicle was taken. The vehicle has since been recovered and returned
to the victim. The suspect is described as a: white or Hispanic male, 30-40 years of age, wearing a blue stripped shirt and black hat.
