ANT-MAN, the latest movie from Marvel/Disney that expands the ever growing Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is a sight to behold. And funny as hell.
Great performances all around from the top shelf cast… Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, Evangeline Lilly, Corey Stoll, Bobby Cannavale, Judy Greer, and Jose Pena.
But the real stars of the show are the spectacular special effects (3D might be recommended here), and the screamingly funny script by Edgar Wright, Adam McKay, Paul Rudd, and Joe Cornish. The Marvel superhero films have always had a healthy injection of humor (Guardians of the Galaxy), but ANT-MAN climbs to the top with sequences that rival most of the comedies that have been released in the last several years.
This is one you don’t want to miss. ANT-MAN takes a summer movie season that’s winding down and winds it back up.
