Tom Brady is a lying weasel

Pats quarterback tom Brady decided to double down on his nonsense after getting busted for cheating. After pinning the deflating of footballs on team staff, now he’s claiming that his phone, which investigators know was used to send thousands of text messages in the days following deflategate, was destroyed by one of his staff the day before he was supposed to turn it over to investigators. Wow. They know that he was texting the equipment guy who did the deflating (on his orders) like crazy, but now the pertinent information is gone forever. And being the totally self-absorbed type that he is, I think he may actually expect people to believe him. Meanwhile, the NFL is upholding his 4 game suspension. Seems reasonable for the relatively minor crime of doctoring footballs, but having the world see him as a jerk- well that’s the price of treating football fans like idiots.
