Louis Gill on Project Roomkey

The Executive Director for the Bakersfield Homeless Shelter Louis Gill joins TRBS and addresses the Bakersfield City Council’s decision last week to deny Project Roomkey which would have allowed them to move 20 at risk homeless people into a local hotel for shelter against the Coronavirus.
