Public Defender Lexi Blythe talked about her client Mariano Fernandez Perez, who prosecutors insisted killed 84 year old Jakov Dulcich. However, a jury rendered a hung jury verdict, 11-1 in favor of a acquittal. Perez was found shot to death Monday in Delano.
