After a week of back and forth negotiating between the county and MALDEF, the Mexican American Legal Defense Education Fund, a comprise was finally reached Friday. Supervisor Mike Maggard, whose District 3 changed, as well, walked us through the new lines and explained how the June primaries have been scrubbed and the November election winner will be the candidate with the most votes.
