Spreading humankindness at Lowell Park

Kindness_Crew_2

On Friday June 26th, Ralph Bailey and Kern Kindness Crew descended on Lowell Park to help spread some kindness. Each Friday the city of Bakersfield puts on Movies in the Park for free at different locations. We chose the Lowell Park location knowing it was in a less fortunate neighborhood. Our mission, to spread kindness by supplying FREE popcorn and sno-cones for the movie-goers. We arrived about an hour before the movie began and started handing out fresh popped kettle corn, The faces on the kids and families were that of sure delight.
