THESE ARE THE OFFICIAL RULES THAT APPLY TO ALL CONTESTS OR PRIZE GIVEAWAYS ON THIS RADIO STATION.

ONLY ONE (1) WINNER PER IMMEDIATE FAMILY OR HOUSEHOLD EVERY 30 DAYS ON ANY AMERICAN GENERAL MEDIA/BAKERSFIELD RADIO STATION: KISV, KKXX, KGFM, KEBT, KERN OR KGEO. THE 30-DAY PERIOD IS NOT RESTRICTED TO A SINGLE MONTH, BUT APPLIES TO ANY 30-DAY PERIOD. FOR EXAMPLE, JUNE 15 TO JULY 15 IS CONSIDERED A 30-DAY PERIOD.

ALL WINNERS MUST BE AT LEAST 12-YEARS-OLD. IN SOME INSTANCES A WINNER MUST BE 18. IN OTHER’S MUST BE 21. SPECIFIC RULES WILL BE POSTED.

WINNERS MUST BE A RESIDENT OF KERN COUNTY.

NO TRANSFER OR SUBSTITUTION OF PRIZE PERMITTED.

WINNERS NAME, LIKENESS AND VOICE MAY BE USED FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES.

PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED AT THE RADIO STATION.

WHEN CLAIMING A PRIZE, A VALID PICTURE ID IS REQUIRED.

WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL APPLICABLE LOCAL, STATE OR FEDERAL TAXES.

WINNER HAS 30-DAYS TO CLAIM PRIZE FROM RADIO STATION.

AMERICAN GENERAL MEDIA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RESTRICT OR LIMIT ANY CONTESTANT THAT MANAGEMENT PERCEIVES HAS PARTICIPATED UNFAIRLY, EXCESSIVELY, OR AT THE EXPENSE OF OTHER CONTESTANTS.

EMPLOYEES OF AMERICAN GENERAL MEDIA, PARTICIPATING SPONSORS, ORGANIZATIONS OR AGENCIES, OTHER RADIO STATIONS, AND THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILIES, ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.

STATION MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO: ESTABLISH ADDITIONAL CONTEST RULES WHEN NECESSARY. SUBSTITUTE A PRIZE…OR…CANCEL ANY CONTEST OR GIVEAWAY WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY THE COMPANY, SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR. THE DECISIONS MADE BY THE COMPANY, ADMINISTRATOR AND/OR SPONSOR(S) ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO ANY CONTEST.
