Jeff Hicks Must Register as Sex Offender If Convicted Says Curtis Floyd

Jeff Hicks, the Liberty High basketball coach charged with annoying a child and who, according to court documents, admitted to “making out” with a 16-year-old Liberty student, would have to register as  a sex offender if convicted of the misdemeanor charges, according to our Tuesday Benchmark Attorney Curtis Floyd.
